Making sense of all the Russian bride
matchmaking sites on
the Web is no easy task. Which are honest foreign dating sites,
and which are scams? Look no further. On this page you will find

The process of finding an
Eastern European lady to date is
much easier than you think. Younger women in the former Soviet
republics usually speak some English, and legitimate agencies
generally offer phone translations where you can actually chat
with these foreign women before you make the long trip to meet
them. While I will tell you that the romance tours are the most
trustworthy way to meet honest ladies looking to marry foreign
husbands, you can also go it alone. If you find a lucky Russian
or Ukrainian girl you want to meet, there is plenty of
information about how to make a safe and pleasant trip to the
Eastern bloc to meet for the first time. The world is so small
these days, it’s hardly a problem to meet a beautiful Russian
lady and fly to meet her when you’re ready!
When you log on to Russian dating sites, generally the
information is available in English. Many of the introduction
agencies offer translation services, including automatic
(computer-assisted) translations of the ladies’ profiles. When
you decided to correspond with a lady on a Russian or Ukrainian
dating site, stick to some common sense rules. Never send money
to a woman you have not met in person. While most of the girls
are honest, there are scammers out there, and the fact is that a
true Eastern European lady would NEVER ask someone she has not
met to send her money. If a Russian woman is serious about
meeting a future husband through one of these agencies she will
not ask you to send money, she will ask you to come visit her

One last thing you should be aware of: there is a new law in
the United States called the International Marriage Broker
Regulation Act (IMBRA). Most companies that are in the business
of introducing men to foreign women for the purpose of marriage
are required to follow the steps outlined in this law. It
protects these women and it protects you. Only American-based
companies are required to comply with this law, and most of the
Russian bride sites listed here do.
A Foreign Affair

If you are serious about finding a Russian
wife, A Foreign Affair (aka Loveme.com) is a great starting
place. They have been in business about 14 years and are one
of the first so-called mail order brides sites to go online.
They have been featured on 60 Minutes, in Time Magazine and
dozens of other publications. There was even a movie based
on AFA and the foreign brides industry. The three principles
of the company all have met and married Russian woman. AFA
advertises that they have over 30,000 profiles of foreign
women on their site and they offer conference calls every
week for those who want to learn more about their romance
tours. They also conduct open house seminars in various
large cities around the country like Chicago, Dallas and
Atlanta. Since they are an American company they are
compliant with the International Marriage Broker Regulation
Act (IMBRA)

Elena's Models - Ukrainian Women
Elena's Models Review :
If it's model quality European women you are
looking for, Elena's Model's offers some of the most
beautiful women we have found. The site's owner, Elena
Portova met a western man this way and she has also
published a book about how to find and marry a Ukrainian or
Russian women. One thing we like about this site is they
list the "Expression of interest response rate" under each
profile so a potential customer can see which women are
serious about meeting and marrying a foreign man and are
more likely to respond to a letter. We also like the fact
that they have all inclusive payment plans where you can pay
one fee and have unlimited contact with the women they list
(Platinum plan) or another plan in which you can have
unlimited contact with fifty of the ladies listed (Gold

Site Summary:
Anastasia International is an personal
introduction company that
also lists profiles of very beautiful Russian and Eastern
European women. and has been in business since 2001. They
tout having over 15,000 active profiles of these lovely
ladies. They are a family run business and have physical
offices in Russia and the USA. We like the site's layout as
it was recently redesigned and has lots of photos of the
ladies and navigation easy logical. The one thing we do not
care for is the method of payment. To contact or read
e-mails you are required to buy credits and redeem them. We
would prefer to see an all inclusive pricing structure.

Site Summary:
Friend Finder is an international online
dating site that touts almost 2 million active members.
The reason we list them under the Russian mail order bide
section is they are a reasonably priced alternative to meet Russian
girls. They list about 2,500 Russian women looking for men
and other eastern European countries such as Poland,
Ukraine, and the Czech Republic add thousands more to the
list. The basic membership id free but you need to be a
paying member to receive the full benefit of the site. One
thing they do not offer is romance tours or help with visas

and is worldwide so it is possible to meet people from

Site Summary:
RussianEuro is another site that offers profiles of
beautiful Russian women. They list over 400,000 members but
we assume that includes the men that have joined in hopes of
finding and meeting one of these Russian beauties. They
offer a translation service though it is an automatic
translation much like you can get from Google. Russian Euro
does not claim to be a mail order bride type company and

agency that list profiles of women from Russia, the Ukraine,
and other Eastern European women as well as ladies from
Latin America and Asia. They are an American agency and are
also IMBRA compliant. They also offer Romance Tours to the
countries listed above although I believe they are

opportunity to contact potential foreign brides from Russia,
Europe, Asia or Latin America. They are owned by Cupid
Media who also owns RussianEuro as well as other sites
reviewed here. They do not offer matchmaking tours as some
of the others They tout having 258,000 members which would
include the foreign women as well as the men that are
searching for a bride. It's hard to tell just how many of
the members are women so it's hard to gauge the odds of

Site Summary:
SSesile.com is a simple site featuring thousands of profiles of Bulgarian,
Russian and Eastern European women. The free basic membership takes just a
couple of minutes to sign up for and you can view photos of Bulgarian women
looking for a relationship and/or marriage. The women's profiles are somewhat
limited and there is no translation service. The profiles do list what language
the ladies speak though which is helpful. The site claims to only list profiles
of women with recent activity so you can hope that the women you attempt to

Charming Brides - Russian Site Review
Site Summary:
Charming Brides is a international marriage agency located
in Karkov, Ukraine. They list some really nice profiles
of Ukrainian women of all ages. We like that they list at
the top the section where you can view ladies up to 40 years
old or ladies above 40. Not every man is looking for a 21
year old bride. They also offer contact information of men
that have used their service as references. Charming Brides
also offers personal tours which include an interpreter up
to 6 hours a day and meeting with up to ten Russian ladies.
The site is fairly easy to navigate but the index page seems
to go on forever. They do offer a lot of personalized
services and the Ukrainian women listed on the site seem
